Frequently asked questions
Can I request just catering or photography?
Yes. Choose the services you need; a complete package is not required.
Is poker always included?
No. Themes, quizzes and activities reflect your occasion and guests.
Can children and guests with limited mobility join?
Tell us ages and access needs so we can adapt activities. Casino and poker components remain 18+.
What about hire vehicles?
We check availability, route, age, any licence requirements, insurance and conditions with the partner beforehand. Electric scooters only where legally permitted.
Does requesting mean I have booked?
No. You receive a proposal first; services are only confirmed after agreement.
