At our tables and in Pokermon Hold'em you play yourself. Software that plays for you or advises during a hand is not allowed. We do not work with companies that offer it.
Fair play
Fair play at Pokermon
Poker is only fun when everyone plays fair. That is why we keep our tables, rooms and clubs clean. No bots, no outside help and no deals behind other players' backs.
Play chips without cash value
Our online games use chips with no cash value. Cheating wins nothing, it only spoils the fun.
Play together, don't collude
Teamplay, chip dumping or sharing cards with others at the table is not allowed.
Seen something? Report it
Every Hold'em room and club event page has a "Report suspicious play" button. Only Pokermon and that club's manager read your report.
A human decides
Simple signals help as a hint, but we never punish automatically. A manager reviews every report, talks to those involved and decides.

Clubs can sign our fair play pledge. You recognise them by the label on their public events.
Outing policy for clubs
Organising an outing through Pokermon as a club manager? Here is what we expect from you, so it is a fair and enjoyable day or night for everyone.
Request via Club management
Request the outing in Club management → Outings, from 10 people. You follow the status there: requested, quote, confirmed and completed.
You are the contact
As club manager you are our fixed contact. Share the number of participants, dietary needs and special requests in good time.
Approved members only
Invite club members who are approved in your club. Register guests from outside the club with us in advance.
18+ and play money
Poker and casino parts are for participants aged 18 and over only. We always play with play money; prizes are gifts, never cash.
Fair play applies here too
The same rules as at our tables: no assistance software, no collusion. Seen something? Tell our host or use the report button.
Privacy and photos
Share member details only as far as needed for the outing. We only use photos of participants with their consent.
Changes or cancellation
While the outing is requested or quoted, you can cancel it yourself in Club management. After confirmation the terms of the quote apply.
