Organisation & venues
Pokermon is an event organiser and intermediary, not a private club. Events take place at your venue or an external venue we arrange. Venue hire may cost extra; at your own venue we charge travel costs.
Quotes & availability
All published prices are starting prices. Group events are tailored, normally from 10 guests; groups of 8–9 pay the rate for 10. A request does not reserve a date. The final scope, extras and price are agreed in your quote.
Payment terms
Payment is in full in advance. Your invoice is issued immediately after quote approval and is payable within 14 days. If the event takes place sooner, payment is due immediately. Your event and availability are confirmed only after payment. Any expressly agreed alternative in your quote takes precedence.
Changes in participant numbers
Participant numbers may be changed until one week before the event, within ±10% of the original count. Larger changes require a new quote and approval.
VAT & extras
VAT is calculated per item at the applicable rate; eligible EU business transactions may be reverse-charged. Your quote specifies the actual VAT treatment. Drinks packages and other extras are only for participants of your group.
Participation & privacy
Poker participation is 18+. Private club events may require an account and approval from the relevant club. Contact details, private addresses and recordings are never made public automatically; sharing media requires permission.
Poker rules by country
In the Netherlands we use play chips, without cash entry or cash prizes, except where the rules of a private club permit otherwise. Belgian offers may include real entry fees and prizes, with a maximum entry of €45 per person. Other countries are assessed separately; your country-specific quote is decisive.
