About Jeroen van Zelst
Jeroen van Zelst from Sprang-Capelle grew up surrounded by music, playing drums from age eight and already DJing parties at eleven under the name DJ Joene, later honing his skills in Spain. In 2011 he debuted as a singer with the single 'Colinda' and was named Rising Talent at the Festival van het Levenslied. His 2012 carnival hit 'Dansen' brought his breakthrough, followed by collaborations such as 'Ze Is Veel Ouder' with Arjon Oostrom and his biggest hit 'Jouw Liefste Wens'. He has performed at festivals including Paaspop and WiSH Outdoor.
