About Mark Verkade
Mark Verkade is a Dutch-language party singer from the Westland region in South Holland who sang in the pub circuit for more than fifteen years before releasing his debut single at age 36 in December 2020: 'If I Tell You (Dutch Remix)'. 'Ook Dat Hoort Bij Het Leven', a duet with Martin Vincken, followed in September 2021. 'Hé Suzie' with John Dame, with whom he had previously also recorded 'Qatar Kleurt Oranje', was released in February 2025. His repertoire moves between Dutch 'levenslied', schlager and modern party music. Alongside music, he works in his family's concrete-processing business.
