About Mike Kanders
Mike Kanders comes from Haelen in Limburg and now lives in Roggel. His musical journey began in 2015 when he was invited to sing along during a Django Wagner performance at his local pub. In 2016 he won the Koos Alberts Award in Limburg and came first in the Buma NL demo panel; that same year he released his first single 'Doe Mij Maar Een Dansje', with Willie Oosterhuis and Maarten de Groot. Later singles include 'Voor Nu En Voor Altijd', a contemporary rework of Frans Bauer's 'Jouw Hart Is Net Als Chocolade' and 'Mijn Manuela', produced by Manfred Jongenelis.
