Cancellation, extreme weather, equipment or an artist who drops out: through our external partner No Risk, specialists in event and group travel insurance, you can insure your event or trip. Add your wish to your request; the insurer calculates the premium.
What can you insure?
Cancellation (cancelled, interrupted or postponed)
Covers costs incurred if your event is cancelled, interrupted or moved for an insured reason.
Extreme weather
For outdoor events: cover for storms, thunder or extreme rain as defined in the policy.
Request at least 14 days before the event
Artist or key person cannot attend
If an artist, speaker or key person unexpectedly cannot attend.
Equipment (damage and theft)
Damage to or theft of hired equipment such as tables, technology and decor.
Request at least 14 days before the event
Liability
Damage you as organiser cause to others or their belongings.
Accidents
Accident cover for participants during the event.
Group travel insurance
For poker trips and incentives: travel and cancellation cover for the whole group.

- Extreme weather and equipment cover can only be requested up to 14 days before the event.
- Premium and payment are arranged directly with No Risk, separate from our quote and invoice.
- Cover only starts after the insurer accepts it and the premium is paid. Claims are reported directly under the policy.
