At affiliated poker rooms you can sometimes choose between a covered hotel or a bonus for your hours played. This benefit comes from the poker room itself, under its terms; we check per festival what applies.

Everyone first books at the guest price: hotel, daily excursions, airport transfers (groups of 8+) and food & drink discounts in the poker room. Non-playing companions benefit too.
- 2 · Wristband on, play cash
On arrival the representative gives you a wristband. The poker room uses it to log your time at the Texas Hold'em cash tables and to give you guest benefits.
- 3 · Reach the hours, get reimbursed
Play the required hours (usually 12–16 per weekend, at least 4 per day; exact number per event) and the poker room reimburses you in cash at the cashier on the last day. That turns the guest price into the player price.
How do I know how many hours I played?
The poker room registers you via the wristband when you sit down and adds up the hours after each session. At the end of the event you are invited to the cashier if you meet the terms.
I booked hotel and flight myself. Can I join?
Yes, with Hit & Run: register at no cost. Reach the hours and the poker room pays you €100 in cash on the last day. Only for players travelling from another country than the destination.
What does the guest price include?
Hotel, daily excursions, private airport transfers (8+ people) and food & drink discounts in the poker room. Per-event details are listed with each event.
My companion doesn't play poker. Do they get reimbursed too?
No, the reimbursement is only for Texas Hold'em cash play. Excursions, discounts and other guest benefits apply to everyone.
Why do prices differ per language?
At the partner, prices per country include flights from that country; the English price is hotel only. You may also arrange your own travel.
Who pays the reimbursement?
The poker room, under the partner's terms. Pokermon arranges your trip and support but does not pay out or guarantee bonuses.
